After using the product for one day I again faced same problems and called the technician he visited and told me that its RAM need to be replaced because the RAM is not working properly. The technician again ordered an new motherboard for my laptop and changed it. I registered a new case regarding this they again assigned a technician to visit. In August 2022 I face some display issues ,WiFi issues and sound issues on this laptop. I used the laptop for some days and I face same problems but the case was closed. The technician visited and order a new motherboard for my product and changed the motherboard of this laptop. In MAY & JUNE 2022 I faced the wifi problem and I register another case regarding this issue and they assigned the technician again.
